I watched a movie developed by Family Home Entertainment. Which the company is out of business. What I am looking for is the show where the dog becomes a boy or the boy becomes a dog. The title is something like this "a dog who thinks he is boy or a boy who thinks is a dog?". What I can remember from the preview, I think they used Australian actors. Maybe this movie was going to be release to VHS but never was because the company was bought. I searched the web and still could not find out any info on this. Open Question: What is the best way to organize an Operations Manual for a large enterprise?

We have manuals for each of our departments (it's a large construction company) for how we do business. Estimating, Project Management, General Administration, IT, etc. etc. We are exploring Wiki's, Sharepoint, etc. And just need an efficient and effective way to:
1) Manage Change (i.e. making it super easy to update these documents);
2) ensuring QA/QC around the Changes;
3) Making it easy to search and find relevant information;
4) Making it easy to access, read (i.e. a global tree or index) and potentially print (although this is diminishing) the documents);

Right now all the documents are in separate word or PDF files in a basic sharepoint implementation.

Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone else kind of suspicious about this Counsel of Foreign Relations group. Even the media keeps it secret, once in a while the news reporter will say "Bush had a meeting with the Counsel of Foreign Relations today with world leaders." Voting Question: Anasthetic?

I've had a few general anasthetics when I was younger (age 4 - 12) and the earlier ones were always gas, at my request, but when I was 12 and about to go under for my last anasthetic I decided to go for the injection. Wow! This was wonderful! A very thick white fluid was very slowly injected into my hand and it was amazing.

Anyway I've heard rumours of side effects and stuff from frequent anasthetics and also tails of strange dreams, strange in the fact that many people report the same dream, one of which is being in a "lost luggage" room in a train station.

I've tried searching wikipedia for random info on anasthetics but the bad thing about the wiki is the search tool, anyway, my question to you beautiful people is this:

I want cool stories from your own anasthetics and I want to know (if there's anyone here that works in hospitals etc) what was the lovely white fluid they put in me? It was the Alder Hey Childrens hostpital in liverpool about 11 years ago.

Kamal Karna Roy (a/k/a Kamal K.K. Roy, a/k/a Rev. Dr. Joseph Geronimo, Jr.) is a prolific pro se litigant who, since at least the early 1990s, has filed numerous lawsuits throughout the United States and its territories under the names Roy and Joseph Geronimo, Jr., as well as under the names of entities that he is affiliated with, including International Siva Consciousness & World Religions, Reforms International, Handicap Interests International, and Jungle Democracy.[1] Roy's lawsuits are often brought against multiple defendants, and feature long, unconventional complaints. Roy has filed lawsuits against God, U.S. Presidents, Supreme Court Justices, fast food restaurants, foreign leaders.[2], and Wikipedia [3] [4].

Roy's lawsuits have addressed, among many other things, actions taken by President George W. Bush, overcharging by telecommunication companies, the appointment of Chief Justice John Roberts to the Supreme Court, and "failure of democratic societies and God's role therein."[5] In 2006 Judge Michael W. McConnell of The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit described a typical Roy complaint:

Roy, a/k/a Joseph Geronimo, Jr. filed a 115-page complaint, a 144-page amended complaint, and a 40-page second amended complaint against over sixty defendants, including among many others President Bush, God as U.S.-based divine benefactor, several government agencies, The New York Times, and Kentucky Fried Chicken. In addition to pages of rambling discourse, the complaint contains numerous illegible handwritten remarks.[6]

The Tenth Circuit went on to affirm the district court's dismissal of the complaint holding that no discernible claim was apparent from the complaint. Judge McConnell also humorously noted that the court "strongly suspect[ed] at least one defendant was not properly served."[7]

Most, if not all, of Roy's complaints have been dismissed. A 2006 United States District Court for the District of Delaware opinion, Jungle Democracy v. U.S., describes Roy as "no stranger to litigation" and provides a partial list of Roy lawsuits that have been dismissed since 1991.[8]

Despite Roy's lack of success in the courts, his lawsuits have been discussed in law school classrooms and in law related blogs.[9] [10]

In April 2007 Roy filed a civil rights action against, among others, CBS Broadcasting Inc., MSNBC, the United States Government, and controversial radio shock jock Don Imus.[11]

In October, 2007, Roy filed a suit in the US District Court, Middle District of Florida, against "Wikipedia Encyclopedia, USA, All News Media, All State Board of Elections, Federal Election Commission". See Dkt. 3:07-cv-00994-VMC-HTS.

Now for the âœField Iron Clad Controlâ tactic I formed in combination of Penguin Soldier, heavy storm/Giant Trunade, ojama trio, and spatial collapse I can eliminate monster and spell and trap annoyance permanently!
However I can win in either 3 ways using Exodias:
â¢Possessing all five Exodia pieces in my hand.
â¢Instant automatic Victory via Exodius, The Ultimate Forbidden One special ability by having all the Exodia pieces in my graveyard

Resolved Question: Greeks, what do you think of these two articles?

Some days ago, I came across two internet encyclopedias, "Uncyclopedia" and "Encyclopedia Dramatica". They are "parodies of an encyclopedia and explain things in a funny and not necessarily correct way.", as they state in their first pages. At first, I found them amusing, untill the idea "what's on them about Greece?" crossed my mind. Here are the results of my search:

@ fretless, the annoyance I mentioned above was about the second one, and it wasn't because of the sarcasm, but because of the stupidity of the content.

"Wiki is an engine that can run wiki base applications.
In my point of view Wiki is similar to database engines.
There are many database engines such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL and so on. We can create our own database construct tables, views, store procedures and then can manipulate data. If our database is created using Oracle we have to install Oracle database engine to run our database. We can use the features provided by the database engine to access our data. We donâ™t need to develop from scratch how to store the data, how to search and so on. We just use SQL language of specific database engine."

Second interpretation
"Wiki itself is an application, it is not just an engine or library. Although as like most good application, it can be customized for custom need. Wiki is a web 2.0 application that enable user to write / edit / change document easily. It also enable user to do formatting. There is no direct relation of wiki and its database nor the choice of programming language. Just like any application can be built using any db or language"

What logic do you base this off of? Is it logic referencing crusades of 800 years ago? Since those crusades stopped by those countries, have they stopped participating in war?

When Buddhism is used as an excuse for violence, it is no longer considered Buddhism - Just because people claim it doesn't mean its Buddhist - Buddhism is against violence except for self defence and even some die hard Buddhists will not, even then - I believe most religions can claim the same
For those listing religious wars, such as Iraq or African - how many people participate in those compared to the political ones? These wars are very insignficant compared to WW1, Vietnam, Civil, etc.

Iraq, what, 3000 people have died in 4-5 years? 60 million died in that time frame during WW2 (and saying Jews were the reason for the war is 100% wrong, it was just a part of it - communism was much bigger for a Nazi)

Dr. Joseph Geronimo, Jr.) is a prolific pro se litigant who, since at least the early 1990s, has filed numerous lawsuits throughout the United States and its territories under the names Roy and Joseph Geronimo, Jr., as well as under the names of entities that he is affiliated with, including International Siva Consciousness & World Religions, Reforms International, Handicap Interests International, and Jungle Democracy.[1] Roy's lawsuits are often brought against multiple defendants, and feature long, unconventional complaints. Roy has filed lawsuits against God, U.S. Presidents, Supreme Court Justices, fast food restaurants, foreign leaders.[2], and Wikipedia [3] [4].
