Open Question: I want to make my website automatically link itself like Yahoo! or Trillian does. What is that called?

When I go to Yahoo and read a news article it will automatically link certain names and items so I can quickly do a search on them or see more info.
In Trillian, it can automatically wiki-fy the words that are included in my messages as soon as I type them.

I want this technology for my website. What is it called? How can I achieve it? I want to make a list of phrases and destination pages and want my website to automatically know to turn those phrases into links whenever it finds them.

Does such a product exist for .Net?

Sorry, it's not basic hyperlinks I'm talking about, but a technology that can automatically link all keywords it finds when it crawls the site. The goal here is to automate internal linking across a 600 page website.

perhaps i should've been more clear. these verses don't seem to have been added until the later half of the 2nd century!
doesn't seem like i'm getting answers but rather recriminations. i cited sources for my assertion as i would expect anyone to when making such an assertion. otherwise, what's a person to do, take me at my word that the passage is an addition? the authors of the books i cited are not necessarily atheists but merely textual critics. even if they were atheists how would that impact the validity of their conclusions?
i addressed the question to all christians on purpose as i wanted opinions from all of them rather than just the literalists.
granted, most christians believe in god and jesus without holding to a literal interpreation of the bible BUT if the bible contains parts that are obivous additions, some of them dealing with important doctrine, this must impact all chrsitians, though not all to the same degree.
to the KJV followers: the biblegateway citation is there so that you can see what the newest most accurate translations of the text say. if you don't use those translations then fine. what have you to say to the fact that many many many textual critics, critics that are both theologians and secular, agree that these verses have no place in the bible as they are apocryphal?
arbitrarily choosing a translation that has been shown to be filled with apocrypha and translation erros of all kinds is simply "head in the sand" silly. you simply deny the reality of the issue.
if that's what you want to do i wish you'd be honest and just say that.

Open Question: MacBook users help: Are the MacBook defects on Wiki and other sites really true and are as bad as they say?

I'm getting a MacBook but I searched the Web about it, I got worried when I found on Wiki a long list of defects. Now I know that Wiki can sometimes not be a reliable source since anyone with an account can edit the articles so I decided to ask people here if anything of the sort has ever happened to their MacBooks:

1. Destroyed/scratched CDs inserted in the SuperDrive
2. Bad (burning) odor coming from the MacBook
3. Extreme heat (reaching up to 95 degrees Celsius)
4. Melted Magsafe adapter
5. Battery not being recognized by the MacBook
6. Melting/burning case (caused by extreme heat)

Also, could you please answer this one:

Despite all these supposed defects, is the MacBook still worth buying? If I take really, really good care of it, like not letting it charge too long (or not letting it charge unattended or while I'm out) and being sure that an external electric fan is pointed at it at all times while it's running, can these problems be avoided?

Resolved Question: How do I uninstall the PC game "Starpeace 1?"?

Long ago I installed a game called "Starpeace 1". I could never find a website to create an account to even play the game. The "create account" button in the game didn't lead me to the right website (it was probably deleted). I've tried searching for the website, but haven't found anything.
Anyway, now I need to uninstall the game because it takes up a lot of space. I went to the "Add or Remove Programs" list and tried to uninstall it, but it game me the error "The uninstall log file "C:/Program Files/Starpeace/unins000.dat" is in a format not recognized by this version of the uninstaller. Cannot uninstall".

I've tried a couple different ways to uninstall it, but it just won't do it.
How do you uninstall it? If there isn't a way to, how can I permanantly delete it? Anything that will help would be nice.

The link below is to a painting by Sebastian del Piombo called the Martyrdom of St Agatha that was commissioned and is still owned by the RC church. It graphically depicts a nearly naked young woman being erotically tortured. To me it is clearly S&M porn and there are many RC commissioned porn pictures, some of very ancient vintage that are described by the church as holy or sacred art. Resolved Question: What would it take to become an M.D. with a GED?

I abandoned HS to do some soul-searching (it was stupid, I know that now) but now I've hired a tutor to help me continue my education. Throughout HS I was quite smart, and tested very well, but I was very irresponsible and therefore lack a solid gpa.

I haven't taken the SAT or ACT, but I'm am very confident that if I prepared, I'd get a very good score. I plan on attending a Community College after getting the GED and hopefully transfering into a somewhat decent University... but the two I'm looking at say they do not accept GED's, yet on Wiki, it states that most colleges that say they don't accept GED's can still accept transfers from Community Colleges. Is this true?

Also are their any people with GED's that have received a medical doctorate?

We have manuals for each of our departments (it's a large construction company) for how we do business. Estimating, Project Management, General Administration, IT, etc. etc. We are exploring Wiki's, Sharepoint, etc. And just need an efficient and effective way to:
1) Manage Change (i.e. making it super easy to update these documents);
2) ensuring QA/QC around the Changes;
3) Making it easy to search and find relevant information;
4) Making it easy to access, read (i.e. a global tree or index) and potentially print (although this is diminishing) the documents);

Right now all the documents are in separate word or PDF files in a basic sharepoint implementation.
